Your day begins with our generous breakfast buffet, offering changing highlights and carefully selected products. For late risers, we serve an à la carte breakfast from 10:30 am until noon, allowing you to start the day at your own pace. Fresh breads and pastries, juices, homemade spreads, jams and honey, yogurt, muesli and warm egg dishes freshly prepared to order provide a balanced and enjoyable start.
With HARTL’S KULINARIUM, our hotel offers an exclusive dining concept that gives you maximum flexibility. A curated menu proposal can be combined or exchanged with selections from the buffet and our à la carte menu, enabling you to create your own individual menu experience. Choose from classic dishes, light and vital creations, vegetarian options, or regional specialties inspired by Bavarian cuisine, all prepared with great care and attention to quality.
A special highlight for gourmets is our Pleasure Duet gourmet board. As part of this culinary arrangement, guests may choose to dine either at the Parkhotel Restaurant or at the Traditional Bavarian Restaurant at Gutshof Penning, adding variety and authentic regional flair to their stay. (Available except from late October to mid‑March.) Our team will be happy to provide further information.
Additional culinary experiences complete your stay in Bad Griesbach: enjoy homemade cakes from our in‑house patisserie, lunch menus and à la carte dining (not included), or special occasions at our hotel vineyard with a private event cabin, an ideal setting for celebrations in the heart of the Rottal Valley.
