To ensure your preferred time, we recommend booking your treatment in advance, ideally before your arrival.
When making your reservation, please inform us about any health conditions, allergies or relevant details.
This allows us to tailor your treatment to your individual needs.

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at 100 percent of the treatment price.

Late Arrivals

In case of delayed arrival, the treatment duration may be adjusted accordingly.
Please note that unused services within treatment programs or packages cannot be refunded.
