Looking for even more culinary variety? Even if you have booked our half-board arrangement, you are welcome to reserve a table at our “Alois Stüberl” and enjoy selected dishes from the à la carte menu (subject to availability, not included). À la carte dining is available Monday to Saturday from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm.

The nearest airports are Munich (approx. 150 km) and Linz (approx. 100 km). Please contact reception for further information or to arrange an airport transfer.

Rooms and suites are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival, including access to the thermal wellness area.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12:00 noon. Use of the thermal wellness area is also available until this time. Please return your room card/key at reception. Our team will be happy to assist with luggage (extension 108). Late arrival or early departure is subject to our general terms and conditions.

An ATM is located on the ground floor next to the fitness area. Reception will gladly provide information on nearby banks and opening hours.

Relax in our lobby bar, open daily from 1:00 pm to 12:00 midnight. Enjoy espresso, regional specialties, fine wines, or a refreshing beer. Happy Hour: daily from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm, enjoy 25 % off cocktails and long drinks from the bar menu.

Bath and hand towels for the spa are provided in your spa bag. One sauna towel per day is included; additional towels are available for € 2.00 each. Please leave used towels in your bathroom. Towels on the floor indicate replacement.

For identification in the spa area, please attach the room‑number button to your bathrobe. You may leave it on the robe or in the room upon departure.

A bathrobe, spa bag and towelling slippers are provided in your room for use during your stay. Additional or fresh bathrobes are available via reception or housekeeping (extension 114). New spa bags are available for purchase.

Bed linen is changed every three days or daily upon request.

Please reserve beauty treatments in advance, ideally before arrival. Our spa team will be happy to advise you.

Our Beauty Lounge & Spa is open Monday and Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, offering ample time to enjoy a range of beauty treatments and relaxing spa services. 

Our Beauty Shop is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon, where you may browse selected products and take a piece of your spa experience home with you.

Served daily in the restaurant from 7:00 am to 10:30 am. Late‑riser breakfast is available until 12:00 noon. Consumption is exclusively in the restaurant.

Enjoy a leisurely brunch from 11:00 am, combining breakfast classics with soups, salads, warm dishes, and desserts. Hotel guests: € 17 surcharge per person. External guests: € 36 per person (advance reservation required). 

Golf equipment can be stored in the caddy room (underground garage). Keys are available at reception. Charging sockets are provided.

Parking is subject to a charge. Please use your assigned space. No liability is accepted for third‑party damage.

Laundry and dry cleaning services are available daily (except Sundays and public holidays). Items are returned within 2–3 working days.

A cure holiday is a well‑established form of preventive health care in Germany and is recognized by statutory health insurance providers. In general, guests may apply for a cure every three years, or more frequently if medically required.In many cases, a significant portion of the costs is covered by the health insurance.

A cure holiday may also be approved if adequate medical care is not available at your place of residence or cannot be arranged due to professional or family circumstances. In such cases, guests are free to choose their health resort, accommodation and spa doctor.

Bad Griesbach is one of the most renowned health resorts in Bavaria, known for its thermal water and medical wellness expertise. We are happy to assist you with information on how to apply for a cure stay at our health spa, which costs may be covered by your health insurance and what further details are important when planning your stay at our spa hotel.Further information is available at our homepage. 

Please check out by 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Subject to availability, it is possible to extend your stay until 10:00 pm on the day of departure. This service is charged at 50 % of the current room rate per room (excluding dinner). We kindly ask you to discuss any changes to your scheduled departure time with the hotel reception team well in advance.

Dinner is served daily between 6:00 pm and 9:30 pm. Should you wish to make use of the à la carte offering or request any changes, we kindly ask you to coordinate this directly with the restaurant management. Our team will be happy to reserve a table for you at your preferred time.

To maintain the elegant atmosphere of our restaurant, we ask guests to dress in appropriate and discreet attire. Sportswear, tracksuits, bathrobes, bath slippers and similar clothing are kindly not permitted in the restaurant and dining areas. Your appearance plays an important role in preserving the refined ambience of our establishment.

If you plan to travel with your dog or cat, please inform us already at the time of your booking. Accommodation with pets is available upon request only and limited to selected room categories (Economy, Comfort and Traditional Maisonette).

A maximum of two pets per room is permitted. We charge € 20 per pet per day (without food). Please note that pets are not allowed in the restaurant, spa area, or pool lawn and that they must be able to stay calmly alone in the room.

In the event of special cleaning requirements or necessary repairs, a one-time cleaning fee of € 280 may be charged. Two dog stations with waste bags are located nearby for your walks in the spa resort. Should you require additional items such as feeding bowls or dog towels, our team will be happy to assist you.

During the season from March to October, mountain bikes and city bikes are available for rent at an additional cost via the hotel reception. We kindly recommend reserving your preferred time in advance. 

A lunch picnic for your tour can also be arranged from € 10. E‑bike rental prices: Test ride up to 1 hour: free of charge (subject to availability), 2–4 hours incl. helmet: € 19, Full day incl. helmet: € 29.

Express check‑out is possible by presenting confirmation of cost coverage or by leaving your credit card details. The required form is available at the hotel reception.

Please observe the fire and rescue plan, which is displayed in the entrance area of your room. In case of emergency, follow the marked escape routes and the instructions provided.

The fitness centre is located to the right of the hotel reception, down the stairwell and through the glass door on the right. It is equipped with modern Technogym® equipment for cardio and strength training, including treadmills, exercise bikes, multi‑gym machines, dumbbells, leg trainers, and gymnastic balls. Fitness and relaxation classes are held regularly in the spacious room. Outside of class times, the equipment may be used for individual training at your own responsibility. Current class schedules and induction training information are available at reception. No liability is accepted for unsupervised use.

We are happy to arrange flower bouquets according to your wishes, subject to business opening hours. Please contact the reception team for assistance.

Board games and card games are available for guests to borrow. Please contact reception if you would like to enjoy a relaxed game with family or friends.

Our main partner is Golf Resort Bad Griesbach, Europe’s No. 1 Golf Resort. Guests receive a 20 % green fee discount upon presentation of their room card. The resort offers five 18‑hole courses and three 9‑hole courses.

Children and teenagers up to 15 years of age can play free of charge (minimum requirement: DGV Gold Badge or recognized handicap). A free golf taster session takes place every Tuesday from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm during the golf season. Reduced green fees can be booked exclusively via the hotel reception.

Please hand in your golf shoes at reception by 10:00 pm and enjoy freshly cleaned and polished shoes from 7:00 am the following morning. Replacement of spikes or laces is available upon request and for a small additional charge.

Appointments at nearby hair salons can be arranged by our reception team upon request, whether for a haircut, colour, or styling.

A table is reserved for you each evening at the agreed time. Please contact the restaurant management for any changes or if you wish to switch to the à la carte menu.

The gently rolling landscape around Bad Griesbach is ideal for hiking, Nordic walking and cycling. A well‑signposted trail network of 242 km surrounds the spa resort, offering beautiful views of fields, orchards, forests, and charming villages. Maps, route recommendations, Nordic walking poles and backpacks are available at reception, subject to availability.
