Our fitness studio in Bad Griesbach is equipped with modern Technogym® cardio and strength equipment, providing ideal conditions for individual strength and endurance training. From treadmills and ergometers to a power station, dumbbells, leg trainers and gymnastic balls, everything is available for a varied and effective workout.

The spacious fitness room also hosts regular fitness and relaxation classes, offering guided training in a motivating atmosphere. Outside scheduled class times, the studio is open for personal training and independent workouts.

Our Aqua programme adds further variety and includes Aqua Fun, Aqua Fitness, Aqua Dance and Aqua Yoga. These water‑based activities are joint‑friendly, effective and enjoyable, making them suitable for all fitness levels while combining exercise with lightness and fun.
